PASCHAL KAVANAGH. DIED THE 25 OF JUNE 1995. PASCHAL LIVED WITH HIS WIFE AND CHILDREN IN SALFORD FOR MUCH OF HIS LIFE. PASCHAL WAS A CAR MECANIC AND WAS A REALLY HARD WORKING MAN. PASCHAL DIED AGED 38 HE STILL SOULD BE WITH US NOW HERE IS HIS STORY. PASCHAL HAD BEEN REALLY ILL FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS HE HAD COME THROUGH A BRAIN EMERAGE AND ALSO SOVERED WITH THROMBOSIS. PASCHAL HAD BEEN COMPLAINING WITH CHEST PAINS AND BEEN TO THE DOCTORS NUMBER OF TIMES THEN HE WAS SENT TO THE HOSPITAL BUT BECOUSE HE WAS SLIM IN BUILD AND CAME OVER WELL AT THE TIME THE DOCTORS SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH HIM HIS WIFE TERESA WAS GOING OUT OF HER MIND AT THE TIME BECOUSE SHE WAS SEEING WHAT HE WAS GOING THROUGH. ANYWAY THEY WENT PRIVATE AND IT WAS DECOVERED THAT HE NEEDED A TRIPLE BYE PASS SO HE WAS PASSED TO HOPE HOSPITAL. BUT PASCHAL SUFFERED TWO HEART ATTACKS IN THE JANUARY AND WAS TOLD HE NEEDED THE OPERATION URGENTLY AS THIS WAS LIFE THREATENING HE WAS MOVED TO WYTHENSHAWE AND AFTER THREE WEEKS IN HOSPITAL THEY SENT HIM HOME WITHOUT THE OPERATION AS THEY SAID HE WAS UNDER TO MUCH STRESS AT THE TIME. BUT UNAWARES TO TERESA HE WAS PUT BACK ON THE WAITING LIST AND HAD TO WAIT HIS TURN. TERESA RANG THE HOSPITAL EVERYDAY AND BEGGED THEM TO TAKE HIM IN AS HE WAS GETTING WORST. THIS IS THE WORST PART OF THE STORY. PASCHAL WENT IN TO WYTHENSHAWE ON THE 11 JUNE TO HAVE THE OPERATION THE FOLLOWING DAY. TERESA TOLD THE DOCTORS THAT PASCHAL WAS HAVING CHEST PAINS THEY SAID IT WAS NERVES AND NOT TO WORRY. TERESA SAID SHE WOULD ALWAYS REMEMBER PASCHAL LOOKING DOWN FROM THE STAIRES AND HE SAID I DONT THINK IM GOING TO MAKE IT. TERESA GOT A PHONE THE NEXT MORNING ABOUT 6.30 TO SAY PASCHAL HAS TOOK A TURN FOR THE WORST AND TO BRING SOME ONE WITH HER. PASCHAL HAD DIED ONE HOUR BEFORE HIS OPERATION. THEY SAID HE HAD DIED FROM A HEART ATTACK. IT WAS ONLY MONTHS LATER WHEN TERESA WAS TAKING THE HOSPITAL TO A TRIBUNRAL THAT SHE FOUND OUT THAT PASCHAL HAD WOKE UP AT 6 IN THE MORNING AND SAID HE HAD CHEST PAINS THEY GAVE HIM TWO PARACITOMOL AND TOLD HIM IT WAS NERVES. WELL IT WASNT. TERESA NEVER GOT OVER LOSING HER BEST FRIEND HUSBAND LOVER COMPANIAN . TERESA DIED 5 YEARS AFTER HER HUSBAND. TERESA HAS A PAGE FOR HERSELF.
